| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | In April 2024, Mr. Otomo was promoted to Director and Senior Management Executive Officer in Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. ("DHI"). With the promotion, he was tasked to lead several additional assignments undertaken in DHI. Given his enlarged responsibilities and for effectiveness in overseeing each of these responsibilities, Mr Hirotsugu Otomo will relinquish his current role as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Daiwa House Asset Management Asia Pte. Ltd., as manager of Daiwa House Logistics Trust ("DHLT" and the manager of DHLT, "the REIT Manager"). The Board of Directors of REIT Manager wishes to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Mr Hirotsugu Otomo for his dedication and invaluable contribution to DHLT and the REIT Manager during his term of office. |
